The Vandivort Centre is located on Walnut Street in Downtown Springfield. In the five levels of The Historic Vandivort Centre we have 48 office suites for lease ranging from 120 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. The Vandivort Centre's main level consists of two canopied entrances into a central lobby with Walnut Street being the main entrance. We continue to preserve the historical site of the building as our renovations continue and strive to provide small businesses with an affordable place to have an office space.
