Springfield Banker, Aaron Buerge, purchased the building in July 2006. In September 2006, renovations of the building began on "The Grande Ballroom", which is leased for everything from wedding receptions to business meetings. In the five levels of The Historic Vandivort Centre we have 48 office suites for lease ranging from 120 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. The Vandivort Centre's main level consists of two canopied entrances into a central lobby with Walnut Street being the main entrance. |

Aaron is also one of the partners in Trolley's Downtown Bar & Grille on the square in Springfield, Missouri and Trolley's Bar & Grille in Overland Park, Kansas. |
