Office Suites at The Historic Vandivort Centre range from 100 Sq Ft to 1300 Sg Ft.  Each floor has a common areas and restrooms for the convenience of our Tenants and thier guest or clients.  As we continue with our renovations, each suite are being updated with paint, trim and flooring as they become available.  As of today's date the available suites are as follows:

Lower Level- Suite 112
This suite is 320 Sq Ft. with a windows out to the hallways of the lower level.  Wallpaper, wood trim and just off
of the community conference room. Great professional office. Utilities are included in all our suites.

Lower Level- Suite 109
This suite is 880 Sq. Ft. and has a nice reception area with a pony wall separating it from the balance of the office.
There are 2 separate offices with a closet for storage and the main part of the office has several work stations that
are built in along the wall.

1st Floor-Suite 101 & 111-AVAILABLE MAY 1ST
This is a large suite on the ground floor of the Vandivort Center(2500 sq. ft.).  Several small offices with windows
out to Historic Walnut Street. There are 2 big rooms as well as a storage room.  2 Entrances to the office suite.

1st Floor-Suite 105
This suite is 1000 sq ft and has 2 offices and a reception area as well as a large room which partitions can be used
for several more desk.  Sink and counter are in large room.

2nd Floor-Suite 201
This office is 190 Sq Ft.  Carpeted floors without windows and make this a great starter office.
Located just off of the elevator on the second floor makes great access to your customers.

2nd Floor-Suite 215
This office is right off the elevator on the 2nd floor. The sq. Ft. of this suite is 180.
