Office Suites at The Historic Vandivort Centre range from 100 Sq Ft to 1300 Sg Ft.  Each floor has a common areas and restrooms for the convenience of our Tenants and thier guest or clients.  As we continue with our renovations, each suite are being updated with paint, trim and flooring as they become available.  As of today's date the available suites are as follows:

Lower Level- Suite 109
This suite is 880 Sq. Ft. and has a nice reception area with a pony wall separating it from the balance of the office.
There are 2 separate offices with a closet for storage and the main part of the office has several work stations that
are built in along the wall.

1st Floor-Suite 101 & 111
This is a large suite on the ground floor of the Vandivort Center(2500 sq. ft.).  Several small offices with windows
out to Historic Walnut Street. There are 2 big rooms as well as a storage room.  2 Entrances to the office suite.

2nd Floor-Suite 207
This office is 175 Sq Ft.  Floors are carpeted and there is a window to Robberson Ave.

2nd Floor-Suite 208
This office is 325 Sq Ft.  Floor are laminate and there are windows to Roberson Ave.

2nd Floor-Suite 210
This office is 525 Sq Ft and has 2 offices that connect.  It has laminate floors as well as windows to the back of the building.  There is also furniture available if needed.

2nd Floor-Suite 214
This office is 280 Sq Ft.  Floors are laminate and there are windows to the back of the building

2nd Floor-Suite 215
This office is right off the elevator on the 2nd floor. The sq. Ft. of this suite is 180.
